Lominger International Associate Peggy Tate works with individual clients and with Jackson Hole Group, a human capital management firm based in San Francisco.
Peggy assists organizations in recruitment and assessment processes, organizational design, and change management strategies. She also provides executive coaching, career planning and counseling, and multi-rater feedback assessments.
Peggy is an accomplished human resource executive with over 25 years experience in diversified service industries. She has led the human resource function for both domestic and global organizations, including The Gap, Firstar Bank (now U.S. Bank), and Mervyn’s.
Prior to starting her consulting practice, Peggy was senior vice president, human resources, for DFS Group Limited, an international luxury retailer with operations throughout Asia and Asia Pacific. DFS is part of the Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey group. |
Peggy works with senior management on competency based models for the assessment and development of leadership talent. She assists organizations in the design and implementation of strategic human resource practices, as well as executive coaching, performance management, team development, communication, and organizational alignment.
Peggy holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University where she also completed post graduate studies before relocating to the West Coast.
