He helps organizations design and implement leadership development programs, build competency models, and manage corporate change. Wynn also provides executive coaching and leadership development, pre-hire psychological assessments, career planning and assessment, and multi-rater 360-degree feedback assessments.
Wynn has been in practice for over 20 years, working with manufacturing, retail, service, consumer goods, healthcare, academic, military and government organizations, including numerous Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to starting his consulting practice, he was a Regular Army Officer in the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps, an Assistant Professor at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Vice President and Consulting Psychologist with DBM, and an Experienced Manager with Anderson Consulting. |
Wynn consults with operational and functional groups on engagements involving leadership development, executive coaching, selection, performance management and employee relations, change management, and organizational development.
Wynn graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and earned a master’s degree and a doctorate in psychology from Virginia Tech University. He is a licensed psychologist in Ohio.
