Lominger International Associate Wan Leng is the CEO of Optimal Consulting Group (OCG). Wan Leng has almost twenty years of educational, consultancy and corporate HR experience. Her HR consulting experience was first honed at Deloitte & Touche before she moved to William M. Mercer as director of HR consulting.
She gained considerable operational experience as director of HR operations regionally for Dell Asia Pacific and expanded her role to VP, global compensation, benefits and human resource information system for NOL (parent company of American President Lines & APL Logistics).
Wan Leng’s regional and global leadership in HR operations gave her the breath and depth in various HR related issues in many culturally-unique countries.
Wan Leng serves in the advisory capacity to Chairman of Boards, Board members, CEOs and top HR professionals for local and global companies in the region. She has experience and high level expertise in facilitating top management / leadership team alignment and strategic planning. |

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK. She also holds a B.A (Hon) and post-graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur.
Wan Leng is fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
