The CHOICES ARCHITECT® Sort Card Deck and Quick Reference Guide
are used primarily for training and certification purposes. Each card in the deck provides a definition of one Dimension of learning agility, organized into four Factors: Mental Agility, People Agility, Change Agility, and Results Agility. Various sorts and a unique scoring feature allow you to scale the behaviors expressed by an individual to determine whether he or she demonstrates more, similar, or less learning agility than average.

eCHOICES™ Online Survey
CHOICES ARCHITECT® surveys can be administered electronically via Lominger’s Global Survey Center for a variety of purposes. Our cost-effective eCHOICES™ Online Surveys feature easy-to-read and interpret reports, rater confidentiality, and a user-friendly format. For the purpose of development, the eCHOICES™ Online Survey for Development includes a self-rating as well as multi-rater feedback to provide a learner (the person being rated) with a snapshot of how their behaviors are perceived by those around them. Raters provide feedback for the 27 Dimensions of learning agility so that an individual may develop areas where they are perceived as lacking. For the purpose of succession planning, the eCHOICES™ Online Survey can be used without a self-rating. Organizations can choose from two scales and from a long or short version of the report.
