Bob Eichinger, Ph.D.
Vice Chairman Korn/Ferry Institute, Co-Founder Lominger, Minneapolis. During his 40+ year career, Dr. Eichinger has worked inside companies such as PepsiCo and Pillsbury, and as a consultant in Fortune 500 companies in the United States, Europe, Japan, Canada, and Australia. Dr. Eichinger has lectured extensively on the topic of executive and management development and has served on the Board of the Human Resource Planning Society. Some of his books include The Leadership Machine, FYI For Your Improvement™, 100 Things You Need to Know: Best People Practices for Managers & HR, and FYI for Strategic Effectiveness™.

Mark Huselid, Ph.D.
Professor of HR Strategy at Rutgers University. Dr. Huselid’s research, teaching, and consulting activities are focused on the development of balanced measurement systems to reflect the contribution of the workforce, workforce management systems, and the HR management function to strategy execution and business success. He has delivered over 500 presentations to audiences throughout the U.S., Europe, Africa, and Asia, and written three books on the topic—The HR Scorecard (2001), The Workforce Scorecard (2005) and his latest book, The Differentiated Workforce: Transforming Talent Into Strategic Impact (2009).

Kevin Cashman
Senior Partner, Korn/Ferry Leadership and Talent Consulting, Minneapolis. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Cashman has been involved in coaching and developing thousands of senior executives in more than 60 countries. He was recently named one of the top 10 thought leaders by Leadership Excellence magazine. Mr. Cashman is the author of five books on leadership and career development and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, Chief Executive, Human Resource Executive, Fast Company, Strategy & Leadership, Oprah, CNN and National Public Radio.

Ed Newman
President of The Newman Group of Korn/Ferry International Futurestep, Inc. A recognized leader in the talent management arena, Mr. Newman founded The Newman Group in 1999 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Over the past ten years he has led the development and implementation of numerous recruiting and HR technology deployments and strategic talent management initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Newman has written extensively about talent strategy and tactics; he is often quoted and interviewed in leading trade publications such as HR Magazine and Workforce Management.

Arvinder Dhesi
Group Talent Director, Aviva, London, England. Prior to joining Aviva in 2006, Mr. Dhesi served in five different capacities for Mars, Incorporated—most recently as Organization and Management Development Director. Before that he worked as a manager for a UK Retail Banking organization. A graduate of the University of Leeds, Mr. Dhesi managed implementation of a comprehensive talent development program directed at all 55,000 employees, Aviva’s complete leadership pipeline.

Annette Reid
Senior Vice President, Aviva North America, Chicago. Annette Reid joined Aviva Plc in 1987 and spent her first 10 years as a leader in the UK’s General Insurance business. In 1997 she turned her career focus to Human Resources where she held roles in change management, business partnering and strategic HR thought leadership, including 2 years as the UK’s Head of Talent. Annette moved with Aviva to Chicago in 2008 to take the role of Senior Vice President, HR Center of Expertise, where she is responsible for talent, leadership, culture and reward for Aviva North America.
