Licensing
Many of the tools in the Leadership Architect® Suite are available as
intellectual property (IP) licenses for your organizations internal use. Our IP
licenses provide a unique opportunity for your organization to take our
research-based content for HR practices and tailor it to your organization’s
culture and business language.
Customizing our IP
Clients around the world have been licensing our intellectual
property for over a decade.
Here are a few examples of the uses of an IP license:
- Create a competency model for your organization
- Create competency-based job profiles and descriptions
- Modify Leadership Architect® Competency definitions to fit your corporate
culture and business needs
- Load Leadership Architect® Competencies into your performance management or
talent management system
- Put our competency-based interview questions into your own database or
recruitment software for easy retrieval
- Make the FYI remedies available to employees via your secure Intranet site
Client Case Study
Here is an example of how one company used an intellectual
property license. A major biotech firm purchased a Lominger IP license last year
and mapped their own success profile to the Leadership Architect® competencies
using the same language in all supporting materials. They now have several
online development resources for their employees and use the Voices® 360°
feedback survey. This year, the firm is enhancing the use of the Lominger
competencies and their success profile and will begin exploring career levels
and enhancing role profiles for levels within the organization using the
Leadership Architect® language. Now managers and employees are “speaking the
same language” and are seeing it throughout their own internal resources.
