Michael M. Lombardo, Ed.D. and Robert W. Eichinger, Ph.D. founded Lominger Limited, Inc. in 1991 in order to develop and publish The LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite of Integrated Tools. In the course of more than a decade of collaboration on research, articles, consulting projects, and course development, Lombardo and Eichinger identified a frustrating and persistent gap—the gap that existed between what research indicated were the best practices in management and executive development and the way most systems were actually being run.
The LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite is intended to bridge this gap. Where some are willing to compromise, Lominger insists on doing a job the right way, enabling individuals and organizations to apply best practices to their development systems for real results. We maintain our commitment to the fundamentals of leadership development: the competencies that matter, the process by which skills are really developed, identification of people who are best equipped to learn new skills, and what it truly takes to make development work.
