Lominger has taken security measures to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of payment information under Lominger’s control. Payment information is protected during transmission from the user by https encryption over a secure socket layer and, once stored, is protected through various security measures in place at Lominger’s data center in accordance with standard business practices.
5. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
The Site is not intended for use by children. Users under thirteen (13) years of age are prohibited from posting or providing any personal information on or via the Site or any other Lominger web site. Lominger relies on its users to comply with the provisions of this paragraph.
