VOICES® 360º Feedback System
VOICES® is a Web-enabled 360° feedback system that provides access to the LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Library of 67 Competencies, 19 Career Stallers and Stoppers, 26 Clusters and 8 Factors, 7 International Focus Areas, 10 Universal Performance Dimensions, and 356 Behavioral Aspects. You may also use your own items.
A competency-based, research-validated 360º assessment provides a learner (the person receiving 360° feedback) a powerful tool for development and improvement. Critical feedback is a must in stimulating people toward self-improvement, job and career success. The 360º feedback reveals how a learner’s job behaviors are perceived by those around him or her and which of these behaviors are considered important for success. In addition, a learner can see how the ratings of others compare to his or her self-ratings.
Administer the VOICES® online system yourself or engage Lominger’s Global Survey Center as your administrator. In either case, VOICES® is designed to be a best practice application where anonymity and data security are a must.

Measure improvement with a Development Tracker™ mini survey
Recent research indicates that pre- and post 360º efforts aren't the best measure of competency improvement efforts. We have responded to this finding by creating a survey that helps you to specifically measure the impact of a participant's awareness of his or her developmental needs and the impact that coaching or learning events had on the participant's development initiative. Launch a Development Tracker™ mini survey six to nine months after 360º feedback initiatives to measure skill improvement, monitor individual development progress, or assess Return on Intervention (ROI) to help you track the bottom-line impact of your feedback, coaching, and development initiatives.
PRICING
Pricing for VOICES® and Development Tracker™ are determined according to how you opt to administer the surveys and the quantity of learners (or number of 360° assessments processed) that you contract to purchase. Organizations can either self-administer the 360° surveys (#1 below) or use the Lominger Global Survey Center (#2 below.) In addition, a one time set-up fee and annual maintenance fees (#3 below) apply.

3. Setup / Maintenance
There is a one-time $750 charge for new clients.
The Maintenance Fee will be determined based on actual Learner volume purchased during the previous twelve (12) month period, and will be invoiced to Licensee sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement based upon the following schedule.
